Creamy Spinach Pesto Pizza

Low Fat, Low Cal...Delicious!

Okay guys, I've stumbled upon something incredible here!  You know how I posted the Creamy Pesto Lasagna recipe last week?  Well, it's inspired another recipe!  I have been making pizzas using this Naan bread that I find at Target.  Have you tried it? It's made by Archer Farms and I will usually toss on some pizza sauce, turkey pepperoni's and mozzarella, bake 10 minutes and call it a pizza.    It's much healthier than pizza crust.  My kids love these pizzas and I make them in all variations... veggie, cheese, sausage, etc.  Anyway, I had some Naan in the fridge (I keep it in there so it stays fresher longer) and I spotted the creamy pesto sauce and got an idea.  So here's my recipe… I promise this won't disappoint!

1/4 c. Archer Farms Basil Pesto Cream Sauce
1/4 c. Ragu Traditional Pizza Sauce
Original Naan Bread (Archer Farms)
1/4 c. Reduced Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1/3 c. frozen chopped spinach, thawed

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.  Place one piece of Naan bread on baking stone or cookie sheet.  Spread pizza sauce over naan and then spread pesto cream sauce on top of that.  Sprinkle the chopped spinach to evenly coat pizza and then top with the shredded mozzarella.  Bake for 10 minutes or until cheese starts to turn golden brown.
